How to request deletion of your personal data · 如何申请删除您的个人数据
This page describes how users who have connected their Facebook / Meta account to Sewen Network services can request deletion of their personal data in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy regulations.
1. What Data We Hold
When you authorise our application via Facebook / Meta, we may collect and store:
- Facebook User ID, name, and profile photo
- Email address (if authorised)
- Ad account, campaign, and creative data linked to your account
- Login logs and API request records
2. How to Submit a Deletion Request
You may request deletion of your data through any of the following channels:
- Contact Form: Visit our Contact page and include "Data Deletion Request" in your message, along with the email address or Facebook User ID associated with your account.
- Email: Send your request directly to info@sirwintech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Revoke Facebook authorisation: You may also remove our app's access directly in your Facebook account under Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites. This immediately stops further data collection from Facebook.
3. Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 5 business days of receiving your request.
- Identity verification: We may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding.
- Deletion completed: Within 30 days of a verified request.
- Confirmation: We will notify you by email once deletion is complete.
4. Exceptions
In certain circumstances we may be required to retain some data, including:
- Data required by law or regulation (e.g. financial transaction records)
- Data necessary to exercise or defend legal rights
We will inform you in writing if any exception applies to your request.

一、我们持有的数据范围

三、处理时限
- 确认收到：收到申请后 5 个工作日内。
- 身份核验：处理前我们可能需要核实您的身份。
- 完成删除：核实申请后 30 天内完成。
- 结果通知：删除完成后通过邮件告知您。
四、例外情况
在以下情况下，我们可能无法完全删除相关数据：
- 法律或法规要求保留的数据（如财务交易记录）
- 行使或捍卫法律权利所必需的数据
如存在上述例外，我们将以书面形式向您说明原因。
